    "Valuable Information."

    This book covers a lot of ground offering different techniques for different situations. Each chapter is clear and concise - no fillers. This book is an easy read which I highly recommend for any one who is serious about making positive changes in their life.

    The ideas shared are practical and sensible. While most are commonly known, this book provides a good single reference to get back on track.

    "THIS MAKES SENSE. So simple and so effective."

    As an sales representative I found it extremely useful to help focus my mind on what is important and exactly what I need to achieve. This book is exactly what I need. It also made me look at my weaknesses in a new and refreshing way. This book was personally helpful to me. A new day I start now in order to concentrate on what lies ahead of me.     Good, concise way explaining techniques to retain focus. Its a quick read and presents enough information to act on. Its better than elaborate books that keep circling on a topic. Hits the nail on the head. Recommended for anyone who wants to jump into learning or rather realizing these techniques without much elaboration.

    I really liked the section on listing the difficulty of a habit you want to start having. That one I will definitely start with to start focusing better. We always say we will do this or that, but this book has so many good ideas on how to stay focused or increase the time you focus, it is a must listen if you have any problems with concentrating or focusing. <br/><br/>Thank you author for putting this information in a book - very appreciative!<br/>

    The techniques offered are very good mindfulness exercises. I love the part on anti-multitasking. This is a must listen and will put a lot of thing in perspective. All of the techniques offered in the book are spot on. This well worth the listen!!

    "Find the confidence you need"

    This book refers us to a very important part in us which is the presence of the mind. Help them to gain more attention in their daily tasks and see that you have control of situations, even the most difficult difficult. In the end, it helps us to achieve such an approach that many are looking for and do not know or do not find easily, because thanks to the techniques that you will find here we will be most concentrated.     The first few chapters were clear and insightful enough to give the book 5 stars.The book is organized into chapters.These effective strategies and exercises will improve your learning. You'll be excited to see your productivity and efficiency increase dramatically allowing you to laser in on tasks. I've been studying the topic of focus rather intently recently, trying to find new thinking in the area. This book breaks training down into easy-to-understand modules. It starts from the very beginning of the science of concentration and how to improve it, so you can get great results - and be less distracted!<br/>

    Whenever people lose focus at work or school, they tend to scatter their energy and create more problems than solve them. As I recall, this book gave an advice that presence of mind is important.     "Concentration is the key word"

    When listening this book, people will find some valuable information about concentration, how body and mental exercises can help being concentrated, and therefore, more productive during working hours.I found it really interesting. I especially liked the fact that this book suggests that short breaks between activities, a good night sleep and practicing sports helps people focusing on their activities every day. I liked those ideas especially because I agree 100% with them.

    There is nothing earth-shattering new here, but nothing off the wall either. If you are looking for deep psychological explanations for improving you focus, that is not what this book is about. But if you are looking for a short list of helpful suggestions, you will probably find this book to be of help. It's a very quick listen. I heard it in a single sitting.
