Publisher's Summary

Are you tired of being plagued with flashbacks and nightmares from your past? Do you feel as if what happened to you as child is preventing you from living the life that you truly deserve? If you have answered yes to any of these questions you have come to the right place.

Childhood trauma can affect your entire life. With all the studying I have done on this issue, it simply amazes me how much an event that happened 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 years ago can still wreak havoc in a person's life. The world is full of people carrying a great load on their back that they don't have to carry if they were to just make the decision to put it down.

This is always a bitter pill to swallow, and many people find it difficult to accept. No one is responsible for the current condition of your life, not even the person who abused you. As much as what you went through was painful, there comes a time when you have to let go of that pain and move forward with your life or it will destroy you.

You have chosen to listen to this book because you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. You want to learn how to let go of your pain and live the life you've always dreamed of and this book is going to tell you how to do that.

Make the best decision of your life today and purchase Flashbacks and Nightmares: Dealing with Your Traumatic Past to Reclaim Freedom in Your Future.

A simplistic Story labeled as self help.

Starts out with some good basic ideas. Things that you've heard all your life and then it just keeps on talking about Those basic ideas and I mean, really, really, really basic. If you've ever read any self help book in the world, you've heard these things. And you've also heard them From a teacher and your mother. Not that the Examples are bad, and the stories he gives are personal and Somewhat evocative. But then they just kind of fall away, off within the expectation of what you think is going to be building into some greater wisdom and it just doesn't. You can connect with the author emotionally but the content is so limited it Doesn't really offer any in depth solutions or exercises or well thought out steps to accomplish healing Like it sounds like it would. If you want a story to listen to someone's personal experiences and hear what they have gone through it's not a bad book. Just don't expect hearing this book to teach you new things to change your life around because I guarantee If you're over the age of 12 Everything this book Says to do is something you have already tried.
