Worst Book I have Downloaded

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This book was terrible - I can't think of anything that could have improved it to two stars let along 4 or 5

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from First Aid & CPR?

None of it

Any additional comments?
