Publisher's Summary

With all the demands of modern living it can be hard to step back and assess what you can do to enhance the well-being of your family as a whole and it can be even harder sometimes to see through those changes without a little bit of extra structure, or support. Family wellness coaching, as the name implies, gives you that support and involves the whole family working together as a team towards a joint action plan that will benefit everyone. It gives you some practical structure to help you make the best choices possible in any given moment as well as real encouragement to keep going when your motivation is flagging.

In this seven track audio book Anne Marshall guides you towards becoming your own family wellness coach, showing you how you can gently support and encourage each member of your family to take the very best care of themselves.

Anne Marshall is author of The Health Factor - Coach Yourself To Better Health and offers Health and Wellness Coaching to help families achieve their health goals with speed and ease.

IMPORTANT: This ideas and suggestions presented within this audio are designed to offer you a simple introduction to coaching. They do not replace assistance from a professional coach, advisor or therapist.

For The Complete Novice Lacking Any Knowledge

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Not to seem harsh as I don’t personally know Anne Marshall, but this was a summary at best outlining common sense principles currently available in greater detail on the internet for free.Anne presents herself in an intelligent manner but this “audio book” would make a better preface than a “standalone” work. Given that it was sold as a “standalone” piece I fear Anne probably will not be taken seriously in the future if she produces anything else.Unless you have zero professional training (in any field), this shows up on your daily deal for $0.99 and you have nothing better to do with 50 minutes of your time I recommend moving on to something else. Why did I purchase it? I didn’t and certainly wouldn't have given my high standards for effective content. Sadly a friend was on my library and clicked on the title and purchased it in error (watch those Android Applications as they are confusing). Wishing you all success!

What could Anne Marshall have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Provided content worthy of someone interested in effective wellness coaching.

Would you be willing to try another one of Anne Marshall’s performances?

Sadly no given that she was willing to publish something worthy of a free internet blog.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Complete Motivation! Obviously I should consider writing and publishing my own book given the minimum standards required.

Any additional comments?

I want to wish Anne well, in addition l would like to encourage her to dig deeper into what is "Wellness Coaching" if she is serious about pursing this as a long term career and truly has a heart to "make a difference" in the lives of others!

Wasn't impressed

This felt unprofessional with a difficult voice to follow. It was meant to be positive but was presented in a sombre way.
