Publisher's summary

If every therapist and psychotherapist on the planet could repeat this to their clients, like a mantra, again and again, there would be fewer therapists and psychotherapists. Because it works. Very quickly.

Realising that what you're worrying about and stressing over doesn't really matter so much in the grand scheme of things is the door to freedom and healing. And the little profanity 'F**k It' is the key to that door. Ask anyone who's come close to death, or lost someone close to them, or discovered they have a serious disease and they'll say the same thing: that the little things don't matter, F**k It...

Enjoy life in every moment for what it is, not what you want it to be... worry less, live more... remember what's important and forget the rest.

John and Gaia have taught F**k It Retreats in Italy and around the world since 2005. They have taught thousands of people how to say F**k It: how to ease up, let go and feel the natural flow in their lives. On this audio book, they both present the down-to-earth process they teach during their week-long retreats. With their six-part process, you are guided through how to deeply relax and let go, then how to carry this out into your life.

Snippets on youtube is all you need

I found short videos on youtube referencing this book, and got curious. Those were the best excerpts from entire book. Seriously. Just listen to those messages, and you will get the point. The rest of the book, all 11 chapters, is a man rambling about the same thing over and over. Occasionally his wife shows up and says something with extrrmely monotonous voice, pretending to be Artificial Intelligence or something.
The excessive amount of use the phrase "fuck it", is annoying. Also seriously annoying usage of i.e. to give additional example. Who does that in normal speech?
I have to say, I feel wasteful purchasing it
Oh well, this too shall past...

Great book, but needs more

I enjoyed this book who was given to me by a psychic medium in a group meeting. I bought it and read it the next day. I like it and though I've only been applying it for a short time I like it. I followed it up with another book called The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counter intuitive Approach to Living a Good Life. I think these two authors should get together to write a book. If you read this book you will understand why you need to stop giving a f--k about a lot of things. Like searching for a job in the same area knowing you want to do something else. Will you say F--k It and go for it?

High quality book

I am not find of using F word, so I immediately formed a prejudice that quality of book is questionable. However I was positively surprised.

What a refreshing book

Enjoyed this book and feel that I've been living a fuck it life all along and have had people even critique my behavior. lost friends, family members and careers. But, that was all worth it. I'm so very glad to be reading my own bias. hehehehehe

Can tell you that I learned a great deal here and learned newer or more fuck it ways of being. So the book was helpful, funny and my husband is enjoying it too.

the spoiler is that you can even say fuck it to the whole process. you are perfect in all situations. two opposing ideas at once is key.

thank you John. will read/listen to more books.

Worst book I have purchased EVER!

I was bored from the beginning, decided to not just give up, but at chapter 5 I had enough. Basically this guy took a few ideas from other people (the list he even provides), puts his weird spin on it, gets someone else to call him a genius, then published a book... Wow... I bet anyone can do that. Don't waste your time with this, much better and helpful books available!
