I found the yoga easy to follow - the instructions were clear and the length of the title was just about right. The idea of yoga to follow through listening is excellent and worked very well for me. The author who is also the narrator has a very calm voice but maybe a little too calm - it needed a little more sparkle for my taste. However, the proof of the effectiveness of this programme is in the end results; I wanted to strengthen the muscles around one of my eyes and this programme has given me definite improvements.
