This isn't a diet book. It's more than that and would be useful for other areas. This is meditation for your head to help to achieve your goals. I'm going to try it and see if it helps me get going...

Nice audio of visualization with focus on weight

Enjoyed the audible book

Nothing earth shattering but I was looking for something that focuses on weight loss. It's short but enjoyable. Could have done without the section on people who have said negative things about weight as I feel once that's done, why keep revisiting that? But I am new to this stuff so there probably is a good reason.
A website which I cannot mention here per guidelines is mentioned in the audio but redirects back here to Audible - Is there actually a website?

Very relaxing 🏖️

I requested this book in exchange for my review.
I highly recommend Listening to this book if you believe in meditation and the power of positive thinking.
Like.. if you think you're self well
you start to get better.
This is a meditation to think you're self thin and rid you're self of a negative body image.
I personally Listen to it as I'm falling a sleep.
when I wake up I'm craving healthier food's.
I also loved the fact that the narrator has such a soothing voice.
I think this book is worth owning 😊

Searching but have not yet found

I'm searching for the right guided visualization but have not yet found it. Chapter 1- not related to fitness. Chapter 2- very negative- focusing on pain to make you realize the need for fitness. Chapter 3 is about how visualizations work- that chapter seems okay but I didn't need that information so I quit part way through. I'm glad I got this from Plus catalog and didn't spend money.

Not sure if it works or not but..

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Yes, its a nice track to listen to if you like to meditate.

What was most disappointing about Will Johnson Jr.’s story?

Nothing, I am not sure if it works just that it helps to relax me.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

I think it fits, super smooth

creative, informative, and relaxing

This is the first self-help audiobook that I have listened to. As someone overweight, and having tried many diets and exercise programs without success, I wanted to try something new. Positive thinking and creative visualization can have great success, so I thought I would try this mediative book. This is part instruction and part mediation. The mediation portion of the book was very relaxing. I have tried the biofeedback for migraine headaches and found that to be successful, so this had great appeal for me. I hope the clarity of this book helps me on my weight loss goal. I was voluntarily provided with this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, narrator, and/or publisher. FYI. This book has 2 narrators and there are some mediation nature sounds

You can do anything you put your mind to...

Every now and then someone may want to lose a few pounds or the "last ten" that dieters talk about, therefore, I was curious about this book's tips.

This book was more of the concept of mind over matter and meditation rather than health tips.

You can achieve something if you believe it, so basically, it was more about self actualization than it was on weight loss tips (exercise / nutrition).

Overall, a short interesting book.

Susan Smith did well with the narration.
