If you’re a beginner with meditation, I’d recommend “21 days of meditation” instead. It gives you much more guidance than this one.

It is excellent for beginners or experienced meditators, very convenient for your commute, can be done everywhere, and I find Cesar’s voice soothing and refreshing.

At first I was hesitant to check this one out because of the negative ratings and reviews but I decided to form my own opinion... thankfully I did because I found the narrator’s voice to be refreshing and relaxing. As if he was just being himself versus trying to sound caaaaalm. I think he did a great job and that he sounds relatable and human. Give it a listen and form your own opinion ;-)

I thoroughly enjoyed this guided meditation. Cesar does an amazing job guiding and allowing the listener to truly trust the journey. I loved the exploration of the many different breathing techniques. That exploration allowed me to really see what methods worked best for me personally.

Amazing listen and easy to follow, I have learnt about breathing, visual and intentional meditation. The results are quiet surprising, just by using what seems to be very simple techniques you can get to a deeper level of being. Well done to the author for sharing this experience!

Life changing experience

I started meditating because my blood pressure was high so I did some research and found guided meditation and within 2 months my blood pressure was almost back to normal. I decided to try this to accompany what I already had but found the music distracting, the breathing was too much stress for me and I found my heart rate increased instead of being more relaxed. I had to stop after day six. it was a bit too much for me!

Even though meditation had really been hard for me because I can’t keep my mind from running 3k miles per hour, this meditation guide has worked for me!

I can’t believe that I just finished day 3 and I wish there was more time on day 3 to meditate!

Ceasar’s voice is smooth and empowering. The way that this is constructed, it takes you slowly into a transition from focusing too much on your position to what truly matters in meditation. That is being completely relaxed and focused at the same time!!

Will write more when I get close to day 21!

Definitely recommended for any level meditation skill.
