I felt uncomfortable when entering deep relaxation

Would you try another book from Joel Thielke and/or Joel Thielke?

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Joel Thielke?

Narration was ok.

Any additional comments?

I felt very uncomfortable when entering into deep relaxation and he started talking about negative things. You can't do that. If it's about re-programming you can't feed the subconscious with negative sentences, that's what we have all learned, no? Talking about abusive behavior, (even if it is about overcoming it), at that point is unprofessional in my opinion. Annoying.

perfect

I hate reading. this was easy relaxing and effortless to change something that causes extreme amounts of pain wish I would have found it sooner so grateful for the new idea of hypnosis

hypnosis book it ends badly. the credits wake me

love this book. I wish the voice didn't change at the end of the book. I'll just get relaxed and start falling asleep and then the credits come up and wake me

new. intriguing. needed.

What did you like best about this story?

this is only my second day having purchased this new program, but I am no first time listener. i really like the new look of the grams and i am pleased joel is coming out with new titles. i look forward to what else he comes out with in the near future. looks like a lot of new stuff is coming out on audible, even those collaboration audiobooks with rachael meadows.

What does Joel Thielke bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

he only carries audiobooks to my knowledge.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

the end when i feel the most energized and motivated to make the changes i envision.

good but not worth money

alot of deep breathing and maybe 20 affirmations to repeat. thats it. Not really.impressed. there's alot of free meditation apps. just stick with that. theres not alot in terms of healing or dealing with the experience.

jarring ending

So you are in a state of calmness when a female voice you're not used to reads closing credits about the selection.
Then a loud male voice comes on and says I hope you enjoyed your audible selection definitely not an ending for something that is supposed to bring peace and come.

I listen to the hypnosis at night and wake feeling refreshed and free of anxiety. This is an amazingly helpful book.
