This book will help you in Emotional Intelligence subjects. The basics are easy to understand. It's definitely for beginners, but you'll have enough knowledge to get by when you finish it.

The narration was great!
The book narration was well done and made it easier to learn and grasp the concept of EI. Most books often fail to do that, so I really liked this one.
