Fantastic book

This was a great book. It has praticle and helpful info. I was glad that it did not have alot of stories as filler. I recommend the book for those interested in being resilient.

As with most things the simple things are the best and this book is no different. The information and strategies are very useful and he delivers more than meets the eye at first. I not only recommend this book highly but encourage everyone to not simply go through it but to actually follow through with the exercises given to see a difference in your life.

really great book

I picked up this book and initially thought it would not be appealing but I enjoyed reading it. The first good surprise is that there are pictures throughout the book. But the central premise of the book is how to handle your emotions so that your emotions don't handle you. This is particularly important for me personally and is helpful for people especially entrepreneurs and salespeople who have to learn and relearn every day how to handle rejection and manage the comeback after it. Do not procrastinate, hurry and add this book to your repertoire. You will be pleased.

I like this book. The main thing it did for me was to lay out a concrete method of dealing with negative emotions. Oftentimes we are bombarded with well-wishers who only know how to give wishy-washy advice. This book does more than that.

highly recommended

This book makes so much sense and is full of processes that are easy to implement to become or remain resilient. The fad of self-help books might be fading but in this book, the author outlines the process, summarizes with pages called In A Nutshell while highlighting important points in bold.

Amazing book

I received and advance reader copy of this book. I've heard that emotional intelligence was sometimes more important than actual intelligence. This book seems to support that claim and backs it up, too. I enjoyed this book because the author gave me examples that I can relate and advice I can follow.

Excellent cook book

This book actually brought a tear to my eye twice! I was just looking for more inspiration to get me back on track with my career goals. I've been reading lots of books recently about building better habits to avoid procrastination... This book isn't the best for that. What I found instead is a recipe for a more fulfilled life!.
