Pretty good, solidly funny
I'm a Jim Gaffigan fan and I got exactly what I expected from this book. Even some of the jokes are the same from his standup act.
That being said, I'm surprised when he stumbles on the delivery. They're his jokes, he wrote them! But this is only a minor issue. Fans will love, as I did.

a Californian listening to a New Yorker
eh... the parenting stuff I can relate to with my own trials and tribulations with my two boys but it seems to me a lot of the things that he complains about not really his kids but where he lives (NYC) and the struggle to get 5 kids about 5 flight staircase or something to his apartment that's only 2 bedrooms?? MOVE YOU DAFT SNOWBALL!! I struggled about halfway through thinking I should just give up and start my physics book butt muscle through it.

Funny stories and great voices by Jim.
This book is filled with funny stories about Jim, his wife and 5 kids. Parents would get a kick out of this book. Yet I'm not a parent and I enjoyed this collection of stories. With Jim reading his audiobook, he was able to impersonate his dad and kids which really added to the stories.

My New Favorite Book!
As a dad of 4 kids, I can totally relate to every single thing he brings up in this book! It is hilarious! Whether you have 10 kids or no kids at all you are going to love it! I just finished it and want to turn around and start it over again, that's how good it is! Well done "Hot Pocket Guy"
