This book appears to be a work book from a seminar, or some type of workshop. It is more of a motivational "you can get the work done and this is how great it will be when you do" then anything about actually doing it. If that's what you need, and you like a heavy Aussie accent, this is for you. If you're looking for something methodical and scientific, move on.
