    No this is my 1st book of Miguel Rodriguez. Performance was so good nothing to compare

    This book contains a lot of good information and tips that are helpful to all those who suffer from depression, anxiety or phobias. Very well done book!

    The good thing is that tarting them with cognitive behavioral therapy has proved to be very effective. In order to understand these conditions one has to learn how these conditions affect our brain and what is happening to it. this book consolidates the musings behind care, contemplation, and law of fascination. A lot of good tips in here, highly recommended.

    "AMAZING BOOK"

    This book taught me some good stuff about being more confident. Actually learned a lot. I’ve always had a lot of trouble getting out of my comfort zone.I think it’s helped me fix a lot of bad habits I’ve had. After listining this, I feel motivated to become a more confident person. What's written in the book gives me actionable and motivating steps to gradually become a confident person. Overall a good read I feel it has potential to help with social anxiety

    Also worth mentioning is that the book is very well written. And so far, one of the most practical, information-packed self-help books . I liked the performance...the explanations was good...it was clear...

    This changed my whole perspective towards any obstacle I experienced in communication. To build social confidence the author has designed this book to make you comprehend its significance.     We cannot say " Its just depression" this is a mind problem and feeling that can make you as an individual weak. This book will help you understand depression in its deeper and most logical explanations. The book discussed the symptoms, causes, treatment of depression. This is a serious matter that also have treatment but you have to hep you self in coping and treating your self. Everything you would like to know is here.

    This book was full of information and tips on how I can break free myself from depression. It helped me understand on what depression is and its causes. I learned here on how I can manage depression and how I can recover from it. This book will also tackle here the different forms of depression. I learned a lot. A job well done!

    I got curious and I wanted to know more about the case and how I might help when someone I know experiences it. This book has it all.

    It helps in identifying the cause and how to work on becoming happier.

    It has information you need to know more about depression and how to get rid of it, what you can do to help overcome it rather than depending on prescription medication which can cause side effects. It also gave out a list of symptoms that could lead to depression and how to recover.
