Simple yet to the point , honest and compassionate

I loved it! I was able to identify with many of the subjects. The narrator was clear and understandable. I would definitely re-elect this book to read again, lot to learn and put into practice. I've read a few books on this topic and this is a very short summary. it's a good quick introduction, but I would encourage people to find other sources for more in depth.

Wow! This book packs a lot into a short amount of time

This book is great! Solid concepts without all of the BS and fluff. Concise and to the point. It was great!!

Bait and switch at the end of book

OK until you get to the final Chapter where you spend over 20 minutes listening to him try to get you buy a completely unrelated book of his, having nothing to do with what you paid for. I think that's unfair.

Worth the time

Loved the content. It definitely gave me a new perspective. I would have preferred a bit more examples but overall definitely worth the time.

I love the way Simeon gets you to the point very quickly. It’s perfect summary of codependency accompanied by guidelines on how to work through it to create mindful relationships with yourself and others. One word of warning you have to be in a place to take responsibility for your life. If you are ready to take action this is definitely a great place to start.

This booked nailed every song emotion tied and related to what we feel when we are in a relationship and begin to feel insecure within ourselves!
