Great Great Book

I t really gave me a new way of thinking a helped me understand and how to break the cycle of negative thinking. I highly recommend

A few highlights, but nothing mindblowing

There were a few good chapters, but much of the book was just filler that had little depth. A few of the chapters were just platitudes, which weren't helpful at all.

There was an appearance by the narrator's cat in chapter 7 that was really funny. She paused for a moment and then pushed through.
