Great information to consider

I liked the content and grew a lot from the ideas. I didn't care for the quizzes at the end of the chapters. They may work better with the paper version.

So good getting the book

Every year, there are about 3-4 audiobooks that I love so much I have to order the book to read and actually really implement the details. This is the first book of 2024 I will be reading after listening to it!

It lists practical steps to build habits to support how our bodies are designed. Can’t wait to struggle to implement. Habits are not built overnight but confident these principles will bring lasting change.

Fascinating and powerful

This book has changed my schedule and is changing my life! Well written w a good balance of detail, research and anecdote. I struggle w creating a good routine for my day, and this book has helped me immensely.

good book to learn about your natural clock

learned a good amount from this book. it's a fun and quick read but I think it's worth it, gives you a better idea of when to eat and exercise.

Each person physic are uniquely different and morning exercise is the best to boost day with energy!!

I enjoyed it lot. Used it try to exercise at night or after eat lot but by reading this I understood how much exercise is the best suit for me and how morning activities best benefits the healthy beings

Thoroughly Enjoyed !!!

The narrator was perfect! One of the best i’ve heard in a long while!The content of the book was very good as well. It incorporated modern scientific research with ancient ayurvedic practices seamlessly. I highly recommend this book and will be buying the hardcopy for quick future reference.

WONDERFUL Book!

Very well written, direct to the point and with great step by step guidance on how to understand your body type and how to align your habits to it.
I bought copies to my family members and I certain the world would be a much better place if everyone could have access to the information in this book!
