Lots of promises, no delivery. The book promises to find your focus and sharpen your concentration. Other than a one or two meditation techniques that you can find anywhere, it has nothing to offer. The author recites information and studies, but does not relate them to anything useful or make them particularly interesting. He is also a poor writer so it is boring to listen to, although he seems to amuse himself. You will be a happier person if you do not waste time on this book.

I've read a bunch of meditation books but always come away a little skeptical of the claims. It was refreshing to read a book that actually explains the science behind it all. Well written and very entertaining.
