Publisher's Summary

How will this book help me with stress?

This book provides comprehensive information that will help you eradicate stress. Many other books take a very clichéd and lightweight approach to this topic and are often written by people with absolutely no experience in counseling. The result of such books is you are often more stressed than when you started listening, as they provide no value or practical benefits for those whose lives are crippled by stress.

Breathe: Self-Help Guide to Stress and Anxiety Management takes a look at stress and covers the following:

  • What stress is
  • How to better understand what triggers your stress
  • The effects stress has on your ability to perform
  • How stress affects you and those around you
  • Powerful, researched stress-busting cures and treatments you can implement immediately (contained in only the top 0.5 percent of stress books)
  • How you can effectively manage stress through mindfulness

Will this book be too technical?

This book is not a lightweight oversimplification like others in this category. However, even though it is quite in-depth in the knowledge provided, you will not need a PhD in psychology. Anyone can understand and put into practice the principles contained in this book. Get this book today, and start your journey to a stress-free life.

Great lessons to work to reduce anxiety

Great lessons to work to reduce anxiety. Great for a book and to go back to as times of high power anxiety. Clearly just as good or better than someone you could see in your hometown to help you into a query like this, as it is very focused on how to deal with natural health worries. When you find yourself moving back into the old guides, you can practice this as a quick tool to quiet yourself down.

Life changer book

As I began listening to this audiobook was that I felt allowed. I’ve been battling with anxiety and panic attacks for a very long time and for the first time the smoke is starting to lift. I’ve used well-meaning mentors thousands of dollars over the years who all helped fun ways and loved telling about my past. None of that changed.

Like a weight has lifted off my shoulders

I think so strangely detached now. Like a weight has lifted off my shoulders. The writer does the amazing job at making you feel human again and supporting a user know that they are not alone. I feel like my anxiety is something I can win now, whereas before this book I felt helpless.Definitely, recommend this!

Great guide audiobook

You can understand from listening to this audiobook that the writer has really gone thru all the thinking and emotional misery that an anxiety disease can make. This is the only book that I have noticed that has actually provided me believe in a very dark time in my life, being around housebound by anxiety, not resting for days and suffering every time if this is truly it for me.

didn't want to carry on

I didn't get far into this book. it spent AGES talking about all the dreadful health problems I could get from being stressed which is the last thing I need when already anxious. The final straw was when it talked about a person going permanently 'mad' which is both an offensive and outdated term. Not for me thanks.
