A must read for a struggling marriage!
Christian based and simple to understand principles. I liked the examples given of certain couples problems for each principle. It wasn’t to preachy and was full of really good useful information!

Great timing
Excellent source of clarity for those seeking solutions for themselves, their marriage, or just relationships in general. As a child, at age 6 I witnessed my mothers buse and abandonment as she struggled to find boundaries for herself. I fell prey to the same abuser years later and due to lack of boundaries emotional connection, and nurturing, lived my years as a teen well into adulthood as a wife, mother, and Christian in total boundless dysfunction. Getting counseling for the first time at age 47, in effort to save my marriage, this book was my counselor’s immediate suggestion following our first session. What great clarity it has brought, in addition to giviing me functional solutions and support as I work through my own struggles and love my husband through his struggles! I plan to buy this book as a gift for family members n friends! Redeemed in Love

Wish I had this book 4 years ago
I REALLY wish I had listened/read this book 4 years ago before I got into my current relationship. I would be happier because I would have realize that I am free even in a relationship. I am free to be myself but also responsible for myself and not responsible for my significant other and his emotions and actions.
I am recommending this to everyone that is in a relationship, marriage or want to get into a relationship.
These books speaks with a Christian faith tone.
