In the long term, this is more sustainable
This book was recommended to me by a friend who is also doing Back to Eden Gardening. It's very organic, no chemicals and pesticides used. Instead, it uses organic fertilizers to grow foods. In the long term, this is more sustainable for us.

Organic, practical, efficient and produces pesticide-free and healthy foods. In just two hours any listeners can grasp the whole concept of Back to Eden gardening and why it works better than the conventional way. I was hooked! Now I am going to convert my garden.

Eden gardening is way better than conventional
Comparably, Eden gardening is way better than conventional gardening. The book provided relevant information comparing the two. Everything else is discussed well including the pests and spraying using non chemical. I like the part about composting.

only requires minimal labor
I am into gardening. I have a survivalist gardening plan already but in the mean time, I am doing a conventional gardening. Back to Eden gardening is quite different. By it's name it sounds more archaic but as the book mentioned, it only requires minimal labor. I like that!
