Great book if you want to know who you really are

I have just finished listening to this audio and am just blown away! This is one of those books that have definitely an impact on me, on the direction of my journey and my way of thinking. Very deep topic. Great book to help you to analyze your own personality, your potentials, strengths and weaknesses and also helps to find your own purpose. It helps you to understand what kind of person you really are. I love this audio because it has been red by the author, and Myss is a wonderful reader, with lots of humor. The author encourage to follow your intuition and purpose which gives a lot of positive energy and strength. The tempo of reading is also perfect. Myss as a reader gives you the time to stop for a while and reflect, which is very powerful. I can strongly recommend this book!

Introduction to Archetypes

This was absolutely fascinating. So many things I took for granted until Caroline Myss pointed them out and made me think and re-think this vast subject field of archetypes. She has scathing humor and is very frank- nothing for the faint-hearted.
I intend to dive deeper into the sea of archetypes.

Archetypes

I love Caroline and everything she has to offer, but her frequent bitching, humiliating, and screaming at us listeners of late has gotten out of hand. "Go put your head in the toilet ...." Really?! Walk the talk, lady! I don't think you are making the point you think you are...

Caroline's explanations are transformative!

My understanding of archetypes and patterns would not be where it is without the teachings and style of Caroline Myss. She is a magnificent teacher; and I'm so grateful having discovered her on HayHouse Radio long ago. Thank You Caroline for your treasured gifts and teachings.

Honestly I was surprised when it ended because I wanted more. I believe this is something I will listen to over and over again. Really great insight!

Glad I finally got this one

Had this on my wishlist forever and glad I finally listened. I think the negative reviews and comments on the author are a little off. Granted, she sometimes does sound like she's yelling at you :) but to me it has the quality of an impassioned preacher. I think when spiritual teachers take this stance it's because they are trying to get you to disidentify from what is false in you. Anyway, my two cents. The recording is a series of talks rather than a book literally being read, but I liked that.

At times privileged and offensive

I like most of her work but she's kind of hideously nasty towards mothers and I find it incredibly off putting. I almost just stopped listening. she's outdated and offensive. In another book she was incredibly racially insensitive. I'm starting to see her as the epitome of privilege and it's making it more challenging for me to get anything from her books. I wish she would check herself a bit.
