This book was an eye-opener for me In the truest sense of the word. The inside of the book style is breezy, easy to read and understand even though the topic is deeply spiritual. So I think, I have read it several times and each time I learn and understand more. Thanks.

Anger control is important

This book doesn't just go over tips to manage your anger but also empathizes with those who are boiling up inside, showing that it can come from a lot of frustrating situations that contribute to someone's mood. It's a very interesting book that way.

Must have

It was not until I listen to this book that I understood those are all forms of anger that solved it. I have always prided myself on not having a "bad temper," or "anger issues." I truly never understood that my constant annoyance, impatience, etc. were all anger based.
