Good guide and delicious recipes

This audio book describes the alkaline diet and how it can help keep you healthy. The recipes are low sodium, and low fat, but high in fiber and antioxidants. The recipes look delicious and healthy. There are items for every meal including smoothies, snacks and desserts.

Excellent idea

The Alkaline Diet is a diet which helps you get back to the basics of eating. According to the book, back in the day we didn’t have fast food with acid overload. This book helps you get back to the basics of eating healthy without all the extra acid that is causing problems in our bodies. Very good audible

I really love this diet!

I really love this diet, I didn’t even feel that I’m on a diet when I’m doing it. After listening to this audio book, I immediately started this alkaline diet. After a week of trying it, I love the results. I lost three kilo’s already without exercise. I really love this diet and I’m planning to continue this diet to prevent diseases.

Effective Diet indeed!

I’m going through a lot of stress lately and my headache often occur. After trying this alkaline diet, I feel light and better. Interested about Alkaline diet.

I want a diet that I will not feel deprive of food or make me starve. Most diet that I’ve tried did not last because I always feel hungry and deprived. When I listen to this audio book, I got really interested about Alkaline diet. Since it suggest switching up some things you eat for a healthier option, I think I will not be starving through this diet. I’m really excited to try it out.

I’m really excited to try this diet.

I’m always curious about different diets. I’ve tried a lot of diets like south beach diet and military diet but it doesn’t seem to work for me. Simple and easy

I like the simple and straight forward approach. I also like the menus the author has made for each state of body...immunity, thyroid and kidney stones. The recipes that I have tried are very tasty! I would highly recommend this book for all the above reasons

Listening to it is really worth the time.

Listening to it is really worth the time. It’s a diet I’ve never tried before but it seems really interesting to try. It recommend foods for weight loss and for headache and fatigue. It made me realize that I should pay attention to my health more and eating less process foods.

A lot easier than eating less.

I’m already 41 years old and I’m overweight. Its really hard for me to diet or to lessen what I eat. When I heard about alkaline diet to my friends, I searched for a good book to educate me about this diet, and I ended up buying this audio book. I like what I learned from this diet, it suggest food that can make you lose weight which a lot easier than eating less. I think this diet will work out for me.

This alkaline diet will suit me.

A lot of heath benefits!

After hearing a lot of heath benefits you can get to this diet, I was encouraged to try it out. Since I’m aging, I want to be healthier and I want to have a lean body. Best Guide.

Many people think diets are too hard to follow, but the alkaline diet is mainly eating fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and beans and nuts. Once it becomes a habit it becomes a part of your life. If you eat healthy foods, the diet is easy to follow.
