This book has opened my eyes as a hurt partner.
thank you so much for this. I have been obsessive over the object of my husband's affair..I haven't been sleeping so well and had to start taking aids to help. I realize now that we as a couple have done so much of what was said before I ever read this. the narrator in this audio was splendid. I didn't feel she had a monotone voice. I didn't get bored or fall asleep. thank you again for this amazing chance at redemption for our marriage

Good ideas for all marital relationships
Excellent and realistic advice for those who are hurting as well as those who have been unfaithful. I was reading this book before recommending it to a friend whose spouse went astray for the second time. I am recommending this book so that my friend can make a thoughtful decision as to what is best path going forward. Even though I don't have the problem my friend has, I have gained many ideas for making my relationship with my spouse more intimate and rewarding.

Very helpful
I enjoyed this book as much as anyone can when it's necessary to read such things. It was insightful, explanatory, consoling, and therapeutic. I listened to it twice within the week I received it (I have a long commute). I would recommend it to anyone that finds them self suddenly in this situation. The author explains both the mental and physical results and recovery of an affair. Very objective and informative.
