Publisher's summary

With A Woman's Worth, Marianne Williamson turns her charismatic voice--and the same empowering, spiritually enlightening wisdom that energized her landmark work, A Return To Love-- to exploring the crucial role of women in the world today. Drawing deeply and candidly on her own experiences, the author illuminates her thought-provoking positions on such issues as beauty and age, relationships and sex, children and careers, and the reassurance and reassertion of the feminine in a patriarchal society.

Cutting across class, race, religion, and gender, A Woman's Worth speaks powerfully and persuasively to a generation in need of healing, and in search of harmony.

Yo listen up!

Life on life terms doesn’t have a playbook or manual that is provided for us. We have to learn from our mistakes…some of them over and over… Other than the Bible itself A Woman’s Worth is As Good as it gets!¡!¡ it’s a self help book In my opinion but it’s not like the others doesn’t even compare isn’t step-by-step or just blah blah blah with a bunch of information on every page basically thrown at us to figure out. No! This book is not that she talks to you like a real human being going through it could be anything in life. She talks to you from experience empathy and with life lessons. Throughout the whole book she was gently building you up up and up! I recommend this book to everyone women and men alike! And this is not a book to read only wants! You learn new things every time!

This is my first Marianne Williamson book. I will listen to this multiple times. So encouraging, I found myself nodding my head and wanting to shout "Amen!" out loud.

Reflections

Refreshing to hear that other women may go thru some similar situations. It is good to know to look forward versus backward.

Remembering the Queen Within

Why is it we women forget who we are? Why do we try to dim our light in order to not outshine some perceived limit we, our society, and our upbringing has placed upon us? Marianne discusses this in depth in such a new, profound, and thought-provoking way. All women need to listen to this audio book with a deep sense of openness and allowing. Our time is now. This book can be life changing if you allow the words to move past your mind and land in your heart.

GREAT INFORMATION!!!

Extremely good information; it assisted me in a women's conference a couple of years ago. The women were encouraged as I emphasised their worth, or value. Of course, the Holy Spirit delivered the message but I had to study, and this was one of the beneficial tools I embraced.
