Practical advise without unnecessary theory

As with most Memory books, the author provides several tools to help improve your memory. Although many of these we've all heard before, the author presents a easy to follow approach without the unnecessary theoretical details.

OK, it's coming to me...yes it sucked. I was looking for an interesting memory book. This was not it.

don't waste your money

This book did not ofer any new insight and was downright poorly presented. I did not find it helpful at all -- at least not as far as I can remember.
