Wow! It worked for me
Cynthia must have written her response immediately rather than waiting to see what happened. I went through the 13 Steps to Radical Forgiveness and I too thought nothing happened, but later on I realized I had released all my pent up anger and was feeling peaceful again. Wow! It worked for me. Try it again Cynthia.

This helped me feel something very deep in me
I honestly didn't think I was very upset about anything, but I decided to do the exercise anyway on something I found mildly irritating. To my surprise something shifted deep within me and I feel lighter and very peaceful. I am so grateful for Collins work.

Disappointed
The majority of this book is nothing but singing. Although her voice is beautiful and I appreciate it I paid for 54 minutes of information out of singing so I’m extremely disappointed

this is a supplement to the book and is really not worth it... too many lame songs and chatter, and only one chapter that is really of substance and is useful which is also a chapter in the full book, verbatim, which is the 13 steps process (about 10 mins of the recording)... so, unless u want those songs, there is no point in getting this book... it adds nothing and the process is too barebone... I recommend the full book and skipping on this one...
