The Myth: If you get into a good college, study hard, and graduate with excellent grades, you will be pretty much set for a successful career. The Reality: The biggest thing you won't learn in college is how to succeed professionally. Some of the smartest, most successful people in the country didn't finish college. None of them learned their most critical skills in an institution of higher education. And like them, most of what you'll need to learn to be successful you'll have to learn on your own, outside of school.

Wattles, "There is a science of getting rich, and it is an exact science, like algebra or arithmetic. There are certain laws which govern the process of acquiring riches; once these laws are learned and obeyed by any man, he will get rich with mathematical certainty."

A MUST HAVE!
This goes beyond the plain wealth advancement category. It really helps you clarify practical methods and changes your perception about servicing customers, growing existing customers, and how to treat them. It establishes the true wealth mentality, and just happens to be a good personal growth book. 100 great ways, a great price, and I don't know why I waited on this book. Don't wait, just get this one. Will try some of their others. This mentions them, and I like when a new book comes out that summarizes info from past books so you get a good value deal here. This book could be the one that gets you on your way.

Some great ideas to pick and choose from
What made the experience of listening to 100 Ways to Create Wealth the most enjoyable?
I found several ideas that I could implement right away for my business and some that I need to think about or go over again. I usually listen while driving so taking notes is not an option but I do book mark and go back. Some great marketing revelations that I can change for my business. He also pointed some things that we are always told to do for starting/marketing a business that may really be "business wive's tales" .
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
no - nice that each chapter is an idea so you can break it up
Any additional comments?
It would be nice to have a download of the table of contents so that you had a list of the 100 ideas to use as a refresher or to take notes on....

Good Ideas, but very slow and boring kinda.
The reader (who is the author I guess), is very slow and drawn out. I used to listen to this book while working and driving and working out on the treadmill. And it was so boring! Not because of the content, but because of the reader.

Excellent points...monotone speaker
Where does 100 Ways to Create Wealth rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
100 Ways is one of my favorites to listen too because each item number gives you guarenteed useful points. It is in the mid to low rating for the speaker because he's so boring after a while. At some points I got annoyed and thought "alright enough with the story move on dear."
What was one of the most memorable moments of 100 Ways to Create Wealth?
I appreciated that he quoted some of my favorite authors like Napoleon Hill and Florence Scovel Shinn. It made me respect is content more too, knowing that he was familiar with these authors.
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
No he was very dry and his inflections were barely noticable. Think Ben Stein voice... and it only gets worse! You have to listen a couple times to pick up some points. I expected it to be like Intro, Main Point, Example/Story, with his inflections indicating when something was important. It took repeating it to pick up these parts.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Heck no! Too dull although excellent and valuable points were made. Narration is too rough.

Did not like narrator's voice or speaking style.
There may be good tips but I can't get past 10 minutes of his voice.

A nice review and good reminder
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This book was a great review of some of the ways to keep yourself on a positive track. The information is not new or earth shattering but a great review and reminder of some of the basics. Reminding us that taking calculated risks, following are dreams and hard work can pay off. I need this reminder every now and then and this is a great way to get it. I listened to a few a day to get my head in the right place.

Fantastic!!!
Would you listen to 100 Ways to Create Wealth again? Why?
I read and listen to a lot of motivational books, and this is one of my all time favorites. I love Steve Chandler's voice (I feel like I'm listening to my fravorite uncle tell great stories) and he strikes the perfect tone teaching practical concepts that can change your life while putting a light hearted spin on it. He's funny! The content is spot on too. He gives day-to-day examples that illuminate common misconceptions many of us have about creating wealth as well as the proven steps that work over and over. Well worth a listen.

So boring 😴
I usually love these types of uplifting books and this was a freebie with audible plus expanded library but the way in which the information is conveyed is so boring and sleep inducing. I listened to books on my commute and this is not one to listen to, you will be sleeping behind the wheel. The information pertains to a very small percentage of people so if you have your own business and its in sales, then perhaps you will get something out of it. otherwise don't waste your time, sorry to the authors and narrator but oy, such a snore.
