Most interesting chapter for me: internalized misogyny chapter 4

At first I was concerned because of the somewhat monotone delivery, but I gave it a chance and found it surprisingly relaxing and different; especially illuminating to me was chapter 4, helping us understand as women our own internalized misogyny, which even makes women sabotage one another professionally - (a mystifying scenario I have witnessed to often and taken to heart in self talk; I was raised with boys and never figured out the estrogen minefield, LOL) . Then the affirmations at end of chapter 4 were spot on.

Great affirmations

This was a book with practical tips and exercises to emphasize and boost self-confidence with positive affirmations and meditations. I highly recommend this book for anyone having difficulty seeing their worth!

Empower yourself and gain your life back

I have been in many negative thoughts such as “I am not good enough” or “I am not pretty enough.” This book helped me to realize that and inspired me to gain my self-esteem back. For every challenge we encounter, we hold the answers within ourselves. We can find them through meditation, affirmation, practical tips, and unique exercises, and this book guides you on your journey. It’s worth listening to this book every morning with a cup of coffee. Highly recommend it to all!

Solid investment for self-improvement!

I've been looking for a book like this for my wife and I just love it! Even for a strong & hardworking woman, a boost of self-confidence and love are important to keep on going! What I really like about this is that it tells you that it's perfectly allowed to make mistakes no matter how focused and caught up we are at life. It's OK to admit this! Work on yourself with meditations, affirmations, and other exercises that promote positivity! The narration was well done and clearly delivers the content with a peaceful atmosphere. Really well done by the author! 5 stars!

A wonderful inspirational resource!

I love this audiobook it gave me such a positive feeling and raised my energy level so much that I felt so good after listening to it! I’m glad I found this and will be listening to it regularly as a pick-me-up, especially after a stressful day. Better yet, on my way to work, I will listen to it. I highly recommend this if you want inspiration and positivity in your life and to learn to love yourself.

Self-Love is Crucial

This life can be brutal, even more so if you don't like/love yourself.
That was me, i had no confidence i completely tore my self apart with criticism constantly. I talked to myself with negative words, calling myself names when I made mistakes. I was my own bully.

Someone gifted me an affirmations book, and all that was over i listened to it every day and anytime i was starting to talk down to myself. Now self-love affirmations is just apart of my everyday life! I will say this is one of my favorite books so far. I can recommend this book with my whole heart!

Great for my wife

My wife struggles with depression and motivation. she works real hard at having a can do positive attitude. I shared this with her. It really seemed to help and speak to her. She was very appreciative and said she will listen to it again.

I am Enough


A great resource to keep in your library and keep revisiting it as you work on having compassion and loving yourself!

Three things that I learned: focus on your inner self, know your limiting beliefs and some days you’ll thrive and some days you’ll stumble and that is ok.

The affirmations are geared to being present in the now and accepting all of yourself not just the good side of you.

The music is calming and the voice is uplifting. I highly recommend this book!

Inspiring and helpful

I really needed a boost to my self-worth when I found this book. I opened a lot of doors in my mind how I can treat and think about myself in healthy ways. I listen to it when I drive to work so I have a more upbeat day!
