I've read a lot of self help books.

I've read a lot of self help books and while most of them have good ideas, they often go unused, this book is different. While reading this book the author often repeats past ideas, which is good because they are then more impressed upon you

Deplorable narration

I have been an Audible listener since 2010 and I have never heard such awful narration. The narrator of this book, which contains great information, has a serious problem with enunciation. I wanted to hear the author’s message but I was too distracted by the narration. I couldn’t help but constantly correct the mispronunciations in my head. I am shocked to see this narrator listed on multiple audio books.

I have a tendency to procrastinate myself.

I have a tendency to procrastinate myself, and I found this book very helpful. It goes through identifying why we procrastinate, then runs through tactics for breaking the habit, and interestingly, points out how procrastination can actually HELP us to get the task done.

I had read this book in a matter of hours.

I had read this book in a matter of hours through the day . It kept me interested and it was to the point and full of useful tips and tricks . It did not drag on with a lot of science of how things work but enough to make the point of why it works without boring you with extensive scientific explanations. And the reread factor is pretty good if you need to go over some topics again .

I have read (or have attempted to read through).

I have read (or have attempted to read through) many different books on business organization and balance, but this is the only one for me so far that has made total sense.

The chapters are broken down into small sections, making the information easy to understand and apply.
