Tony and Amy

What a great addition to the Seaside series. Amy and Tony have been in love forever but they lost their way for a bit. It is wonderful to see them both have their HEA finally!! The narrator is fabulous. He does such a great job with these stories.

Emotional and Beautiful!

This is the fourth book in the Seaside Summers series, a small town romance. Tony and Amy’s second chance to love is beautifully written and emotional, filled with drama, secrets, and miscommunication. The characters are amazing. I loved to see again the characters from the first books in the series. I like the friendship in this series. BJ Harrison did a great job with the narration. Looking forward to listening to Seaside Nights, the next book in the series.

Deep secrets

I have been waiting for Amy and Tony for a long time! As I’ve read the stories of the other members of the Seaside gang, I’ve been waiting for Amy and Tony to have their moment. I’ve seen their connection but before reading this book, I did not realize how far back that connection went. They have a past, that isn’t really introduced prior to this book. It’s deep, and it isn’t easy. Amy and Tony need to be together, they want to be together, but can they get over their past?

I enjoyed listening to this story by Melissa. It was sweet and sexy, but it was also raw and emotional as we read through the ups and downs that Amy and Tony had to work through. I highly recommend this read, especially if you’re already a fan of Melissa or the Seaside girls!

Sexy

I loved listening to the audiobook of Seaside Secrets. B. J. Harrison waa the narrator and as always does an excellent job of narrating. In this story we get to meet Tony Black who is a professional surfer and Amy Maples who owns her own business. Tony and Amy got together one summer and then it ended. Tony and Amy are meant to be together and they just need to find their way back to each other. They both know what the want, they just have ro go after it. A chance meeting at a wedding 14 years after their one summer. You can just feel the heat radiating off of them. Can they give their love a second chance....only time will tell. Great story by Melissa Foster.

Kept me hooked...

Seaside Secrets is book four in the Love in Bloom: Seaside Summers series. A group of friends meet at their Cape Cod cottages. They both want to reconnect, but Tony and Amy share a past that just might be too much to overcome. I really enjoyed this story and narrator. This author never fails to keep me reading (or listening) longer than intended. I definitely recommend this book. 

another great book

Secret at Seaside is a touching and emotional story that had me tearing up and reaching for the tissues. Tony and Amy have been dancing around each other for years and I was happy they got their own book. Tony and Amy have always loved each other but after an accident and the secret that they have changed their relationship and kept them apart. I absolutley loved this book and can't wait for the next one in the series.

Melissa Moran has a way of drawing you further in to the book. Her voice is so easy to listen to and she make the characters come to life

Loved Tony & Amy's story!

Amy Maples and Tony Black have been in love with each other for years. One fateful day changed their future together. It’s a secret they’ve kept for years. Over the years, Tony and Amy have remained close friends. Amy is tired of waiting for Tony so she decides this summer she’s laying her feelings for him on the line. Although Tony is very much in love with Amy, he lies and tells her he loves her as a friend. Heartbroken, Amy has decided to take a job in Australia. Tony finally realizes he is going to lose Amy forever. They decide to make a go at a relationship, but can they leave their past behind and look toward their future together. Tony and Amy have loved each other for years and now they are finally getting their happy ever after.

EXCELLENT READ!

I absolutely loved it! This book was so emotional! The narration was excellent and kept me entertained! The author did an excellent job with the character builds and plot! I absolutely love Melissa Foster's writing style, her stories flow flawlessly. I look forward to reading the next book in this series! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Amy deserves to find her happy ending.

BJ Harrison has such an amazing voice. He has taken the words of Melissa Foster and made her book come alive. The characters each have different tones to convey their various feelings and reactions to life going on. I have found that listening to these books read by BJ Harrison helps me reconnect with characters and remember why I loved them all in the first place. My preference is to listen to audiobooks that I have already read the printed copy so that I can easily follow the story.

Of course, I loved this book. Since the first book in the Seaside part of this series I have wanted Amy to find her happy ending and hoped it was with Tony. As the quieter and more down to earth member of the group she needed the little pushes that the other girls gave her to go for what she wanted and not give up.

Even after reading the other books in this series, I am still in awe of the depth of the friendships of the Cape Girls. When Amy finally shares her secret, oh what a secret it is, the girls are honest with their feelings, but never let that stand between their friendships. They accept what Amy has to tell and give her more support than is actually possible, all without missing a step in their friendship. I know this is a book about Tony and Amy’s romance, but the friendships stand out so much to me.

Now, let me tell you about the romance. Oh My Gosh!! Steamy, sweet, sexy, and so good. This is a story of love withstanding time. Amy and Tony have made google eyes at each other since Amy was six, and now as adults they are still making eyes at each other. I love that they decide to have a relationship, go out on dates, and enjoy each other before jumping into bed. Although the jumping into bed part was exactly what both of them deserved, especially Amy after her revelation to Tony.


As with every other book Melissa Foster has written, I cannot wait to be able to share this with my friends. Everyone I have recommended Melissa Foster to has fallen in love with this series. I cannot possibly recommend it enough.

Soft spot for Tony and Amy - Loved it!

Seaside Secrets was revealing. It can truly be read or listened to as a stand-alone but if you have followed the Seaside sisters it showed so much depth into the relationship between long time friends Tony and Amy. Throughout the previous books we have learned that Amy Maples has a “thing” for professional surfer Tony Black. Over the years Tony has protected her and taken care of her but not fallen for her. But this beautiful story sheds light on a friendship that has survived challenges. Amy has been offered a job in Australia and she needs to know if she and Tony can move beyond friendship before she accepts the position. In the process Tony and Amy examine their past. Melissa Foster weaves a tale of a young love filled with a few unexpected twists and turns as only she can. Come along on this beautiful journey. Listening to B. J. Harrison’s smooth voice narrate brought both tears and laughter. This book is both expertly written and narrated.
