5 stars

It's a straightforward, thorough experience. My suggestion is at the very least, get one for your company's library. Ideally you'd bring him in to give a talk, but if not - the book is great. 5 stars easily!

Surprising book

I have an entire shelf of Lean, Agile, and Scrum books, but this one stands out as the best, most complete reference guide. If it's Scrum and it's not in this book then you don't need to know about it.

Everyone should buy this book!

This book explained one trap was that the tool becomes the end-all and the Scrum Master becomes the Communication go-between. The advice and tips have helped me a lot in my journey for the certification and also changing my mind towards usage of Scrum.

This book explains the drive to getting anything "done" using Scrum practices should be viewed at a system level. This is less about developing software though and more about how to approach your work. highly recommended.

provides inspiration towards achieving that goal.

This book had some great specific ideas of improving my ways as a scrum master. Scrum Mastery clearly shows how to overcome common challenges, and to develop and grow as a Scrum Master.
