The audible version was never edited !

Based on other reviews the content sounds like it is just what I was looking for.

However when I downloaded the audible version it sounds like i got the unedited version. In very many places the reader starts, pauses and then repeats himself. Sometimes there are even multiple repeats as he tries to get the emphasis correct.

This makes it very difficult to listen to. If it was a physical book I would simply return it, but what can one do when it is an audio book !

Five Stars

Authors experience very much shines through as at times they really will get into things that I would normally consider minutia. The language is simple, very easy to read, and clearly well edited.

My description does not do this book justice... go out and buy it if you are interested in agile at all...

There is a lot of material you can listen about Scrum in many, many places but this book is the only one to bring all the many elements, from core Scrum to the variety of practices that have become common, into one book. Most importantly, it is done in a clear and concise style that makes it easy to understand .

Non-Academical, practical and really fun-and-easy to listen. But don't be deluded - it is also a very powerful tool to transform any organisation to be much more effective and friendly company.

Subject matter very good. Terrible narration

Really wanted to learn the new Agile methodology and the book provides a good introduction.

The narrator is awful. Constantly stopping and rereading the content, which makes it very difficult to concentrate.

Having listened to lots of Audible books I'm extremely disappointed with the poor quality narration.

This is not a book to take lightly, as you might the Scrum primer (though useful). The work takes you much deeper, and shows the real processes and techniques that make scrum so valuable.
