Publisher's Summary

In this audiobook, read by Michael Card, he explores the biblical foundations of true Christian creativity. Whether we think of ourselves as creative or not, all of us are created in the image of our Creator God, and thus creativity is a vital expression of our discipleship.

With Jesus as his model, Card shows how understanding God's creative imagination leads to a lifestyle of humility, obedience, and servanthood. And he invites us to follow God's creative call through worship and community.

Critic Reviews

"Card's tone alternates between a gentle call to embrace God's beauty and a stinging jeremiad against the glib it's-all-about-the-artist approach to creativity that dominates both Christian and secular thinking. The book is not prescriptive; it doesn't help would-be artists and writers enhance their creativity through innovative techniques or exercises. It simply describes what it is like to know God and, as a result of that experience, to want to respond to him." ( Publishers Weekly)

I wish it had been unabridged.

The only thing missing was more.
I would love the unabridged version to be available.
A wonderful read I will listen to again.

Well Done

The direct conection from a musician and misonary. Read well and a blessing to hear. As valuable as his music.
