Delightful Gem Describing Highland Games
Any additional comments?
This book is aptly titled, as it's a delightful little gem describing the various games and activities experienced at Highland Games around the globe. Daniel Penz's narration was excellent. His soft Scottish brogue was perfect for this audio and really set the stage for imagining that you are in northern Scotland. I definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone who enjoys attending Celtic and Irish Festivals!

Some History Behind the Games
The Scottish Games are loved by many and this was an interesting peak into what they are and how they developed. I just wished it were a little longer with even more detail.

A great brief history and overview off the Highland games
Mostly a mystery to me, this is something I’d heard of, maybe seen bits of in various movies, channel flipping through events etc. so I must say this was really intriguing to hear how the events came to be, how they get judged, how to make things like the giant trees they toss the same weight, etc. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator or publisher
