A great proper book!

It's got it all! Crime, Passion, Betrayal and Vengeance! This is what a story is supposed to be, filled with mystery and drama yet have the subtle point of humor and a thirst of love! The author really outdid themselves and I would compare them to Lee Childs, James Patterson and even Tom Clancy! If this is just book one, I can't wait to hear about the rest of the group and the adventured of Sam McKay!

I do have to say that the person reading the book was alright, a bit lacking in some areas but a fine Scottish accent.

Really good!

This book was really, good to listen to. At some points I was confused with where the story was going, but it all made sense in the climatic end. There were some really exciting twists that I never would have expected on how things turned out with the plot (purposely being vague so as to not provide any clues to spoilers). What I will say, if you like NCIS, Law and Order, Bones, and mystery type shows/books than I think you'll really like this book as well. K.M. Hardy has a gift with her writing for sure! I also really liked how Art Brown narrated the book.

Definitely a favorite now :)

Wonderful! A must read.

It took a little while for me to adjust to the narrator's style, but once I did, I really got into the story. I didn't want it to end.

It's OK

Struggled to finish. Seemed like a lot of nothing happened for most of the book. The characters were flat and I really wasn't invested in the outcome of anyone of them by the end of the book. The performer had a hard time keeping his accents straight but other than that he did a good job.
