Thank you very much

If you are looking for a very easy book, this is it!! After a couple of days i feel change and in 3 months I dropped 15lbs. I've gone from 175lbs to 154 now and holding. I'll make another push for 150 and let you know, but I've held my weight now for 7 months.

I feel so much better, now

This book was the final indicator to push me into doing what I knew deep down I should do. It's a quick listen and it's very convincing as to why we need to limited eating . It's been a few months now and I rarely understand clearly what damage it has been doing to my body. I feel so much better, now. No going back!

This is more than a diet. This is the way you need to eat for the rest of your life. People then were naturally thin for the most part. Now, big is the new normal and it's making people unhealthy.

Great easy listen and it works!

I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks following the strategies outlined in this book. Lost an additional 10 lbs in the next 60 days. Zero exercise. I watched the movie Fed Up first which got me going. The principles are a bit repetitive but this really works and will change your life.

Getting back to your shape

Good workout advice. The food advice was good, but there is so much of it that it's hard to keep track of everything. Some more advice on mean planning would have been nice.
