Sure, all of it are concepts that are contained in sophisticated books, but not with this level of usefulness to the average person. I'm going to read it again for the second time and take some notes that I can apply.

Well done

So I guess I need to finish the book in order to gain the willpower needed to finish the book. But all jokes aside, this book has helped me. I have gained some motivation and consistency with my exercise regime. I recommend this book.

The steps and the techniques were very easy to understand. Self-control that's what I needed right now and this book motivated me enough and follow the procedures that's in it.
