Publisher's summary

Before starting treatment and recovery, PTSD can feel like a bewildering and overwhelming set of symptoms that are in charge of your life. In The PTSD Recovery Starter Pack, psychologist and author Dr. Jeremy P. Crosby presents the essential basic knowledge necessary for starting to understand PTSD and beginning the process of rebuilding your life in a healthy way.

The core message is that PTSD is understandable, and once we understand it, there are things we can do about it to get better. Complex issues are explained in everyday language, and the initial practical actions for recovery are described with examples.

EXCELLENT description of PTSD

This information should be taught in grade school to help children understand irrational behavior of adults and give them a positive direction to pursue instead of surrendering to addiction and
reckless behavior.

Informative

While this was good information the reader was a bit monotone and it did get a little boring toward the end because of it.

Highly recommend, not easy.

I like this book because it's no nonsense, gets right to it and asks important questions. Recommend listening a few times. Freedom is in sight.

Just a rehash of his other abridged book.

Would you try another book from Jeremy P. Crosby and/or Jeremy P. Crosby?

I would like to listen to the full book this was just like his previous book...I bought both and one would have done just fine.
