my favourite show on audible

audible has a many good free shows. but this is my favourite. it's funny and it's smart. it offers cool fun facts about really interesting animals. I'm hoping there will be more episodes.

Hilarious

Bit vulgar in a few spots but hilarious and interesting. Only reason for a 4 was that I had to click into each one separately.

Amazing and fun

A practical example that knowledge can be served in delicious small bites. The hilarious comments and effects made real characters of the animals/ subjects.
The creativity and effort placed in this work is an A+
I wish to see the same quality in other science fields (e.g. medicine/ physicals/ math)!

Amusing and Informative

Hilarious actually, I bought it by accident but now do not regret it :-). The production values are fantastic, like learning zoology from Monty Python. I wish she would tackle something more difficult for me, like immunology or genetics. That would be an enormous public service to scientists in training everywhere.

Just loved every minute of it

Perfect combination of information and entretainment. Sue is charming and makes every detail seem wonderful. Ive been recomending it non-stop.

Full of interesting and weird facts

Sue Perkins, former Bake Off host and comedian, presents thirteen episodes about some weird and interesting facts about the animal kingdom. These short but informative episodes were packed with weird and disturbing facts about some of the world's animals, such as the kangaroo or capuchin monkey.

I learned a lot of weird and interesting facts from this audio series. Capuchins are weird. Kangaroos are a lot scarier than I realized and have three vaginas, which is weird. The Mexican Salamander, aka axolotl, is cute but also apparently tastes good. Also look up a Pink Fairy Armadillo and see how weird it is.

Each of these episodes was fascinating and I wish there was more. I loved Sue’s narration and quips throughout the series. I also loved the clips of comedy in the episodes. Overall, this was a fascinating and fun look at some very weird animals. I loved how this was presented and hope she does more fact based series like this.

This book manages to teach new things and make me LMAO! Always fun to relisten.

I love love love this show so much! it is great entertainment and I truly do laugh out loud. Learning while laughing is the ultimate nerd-survival coping mechanism- put this in your toolbox!

Needs pictures lol

The explanations were good and informative on each animal. However I could do without the silly little play type things in the middle. This book actually was good; but just not in an audible book. Pictures would help so the person could see exactly what animal is be described.
