Quite uplifting

This contains quite a lot of helpful information. Like most of these types of book you could probably work it out yourself or get free advice on the internet but I personally found it to be useful.

Simple and useful

I love the simplicity of the book, it's easy to listen. The technique on how to manipulate people or how to avoid being manipulated, it could help improve your weaknesses and could use it sometime to manipulate others. It is also best suited for social environment like sales person, those in marketing field and in customer support.

Wonderful book!

This book should be required listening for everyone. There are tricks that when employed can drastically increase someone's chances of getting most people to say 'yes' to something they wouldn't normally say 'yes' to. More importantly not near enough people know how to recognize and fight against them.
