Good listen!

Highly recommend

The concepts covered in Moving on and Letting go are applicable to every relationship in your life. The author shares her experiences and expertise in clearing out old energy. I loved that the book offers specific meditations and exercises to implement the ideas presented. I always enjoy books that are read by the author, and Ms. Albrecht has a wonderful soothing tone that made taking in the information joyful. I highly recommend Moving on and Letting Go to anyone interested in personal growth, whose ever been in any type of relationship with anyone.

Super helpful

the book was super helpful the meditation techniques really help me because I had a hard time sleeping and concentrating so it was really good once I got over your reference to God as a beam of light and meditated in my mind of my God and Jesus Christ my meditation was really better I will definitely use this book as a meditation tool very helpful

getting grounded is good!

Narrator is real and thoughtful. It felt like i was listening to an old friend. She guides you through healing meditation with sincerity, hope, and tools to keep moving forward.

I listened to this book twice on the same day I bought it. It helped me understand so many things in life. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is experiencing doubt or any hardship times in a relationship.

A must have when dealing with a breakup!

The title caught my attention but the honest, direct and soothing message captivated me. Unlike other books that simply continue to tell you to get over yourself and him, this book gives the listener the why behind the what. I learned so much about myself and enjoyed the calming tone of the narrator's voice. The pace of the narrator's voice is way too slow for my liking but once I speed it up, I was hooked. I listened to continously for days after my breakup. It always brought me back into perspective and provided hope for a better future that started with reclaiming my energy.

Loving Support and Inspiration


I have listened to the audio version of Joanna Albrecht's book Moving On and Letting Go and I am so Grateful that I did!
This is so much more than a self-help book about moving on from a romantic relationship and/or breakup, this is in big part about Loving Yourself, Taking Good Care of Yourself and Knowing that you don't need anyone else to complete you, you already are whole, complete and enough. It is also a spiritual book, a metaphysical textbook, a manual for Healing and Stress Release and so much more. Joanna generously shares her Wisdom, Personal Experiences, Insights and Tools for Transformation. If you are in need of stress management and/or finding it hard to relax and meditate, I highly recommend the Audiobook, you can just relax and listen to the guided meditations that will help you to De-stress, Release, Move on and Let Go. This book also helped me to gain better understanding of my past experiences and to finally release the residue that had lingered in ways that I had not been consciously aware of. Thank you for showing us that it is possible to set Healthy Boundries, Heal and Create Loving Functional Relationships, with Self and others.

Very good book

Some of the refund helped me release some of the emotional stress I was having with the situation and calm myself during this difficult time in my life. I would suggest people going through a tough time to listen to the book and use the exercises.
