Very useful guide for managing anxiety.

This is a good guide for understanding and managing anxiety. You will need to get to a deeper level (self image/esteem) to address root cause issues. Worth investing money and time.

Excellent practical advice

I loved the practical suggestions in this book and the examples of specific worries which many of us have and how to relate better to them using Mindfulness. I would recommend this book for any worriers interested in using Mindfulness to bring more calmness and clarity into their lives.

fantastic for anyone suffering anxiety

This book is fundamentally the best practical honest and straightforward book that has helped me with anxiety. I would thoroughly recommend this as great toolkit for tackling GAD or anxious periods. Awesome and helpful book genuinely helped me

Brilliant advice and brilliantly read..

This book is superb. The author cuts through all the mumbo jumbo and offers practical advice to those who struggle with worry and anxiety. The narration was excellent and I found him easy to listen to. I highly recommend it.
