most helpful book!!

Meditation has helped me achieve a calm and quiet mind! Life is never too busy to sit quietly with yourself. I learned not to be judgmental of myself or others. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to achieve a calmer mind! :)

clear and useful!!

This time of year, I often like to reflect back on what has happened, and being that it was such a tumultuous one (personally), I wanted to find a book to help me detox my mind and find happiness, which is why I bought this book. It has helped me a lot sort through all the things I'm going through. It didn't give me instant inner peace, but I feel like I'm definitely on my way!

Best choice I could have made

This is a great book on the subject of mindfulness. The subject of mindfulness sounds very abstract and unusual but in reality mindfulness is all about been in the now. In this nice easy listenable book, the author provides us with an overview the process of mindfulness and also it outlines how we can integrate mindfulness into our daily life's. Definitely a good listen for anyone trying to find peace in a crazy world!

BEST AUDIO BOOK

I found this guidebook helpful and here I have also found lots of essential mindfulness ways for getting happiness and inner peace. A few weeks ago, my cousin suggested me about this book and by listening it I was impressed enough. Here I have found some comprehensive discussion about mindfulness meditation and Zen Buddhism. This book guided me about how to create inner peace, create happiness, and increase awareness. I have learned a lot from this book and I am really glad for that. Of course I will like to recommend this book to all.

Author nailed it....

This book held a valuable reminder for me. Life can get so busy sometimes, and I appreciate listening about mindfulness and meditation. This book was different from others that I have listen because it reminded me of the importance of being non-judgmental in addition to lowering stress levels and living in the present moment. I found it interesting that by becoming non-judgmental of what is happening around me, I can become more relaxed. I have tried it since listening the book and it really works!

Great self-help listening

Worth a dead and implement in your routine, techniques will be helpful to put things at bay and focus on the important things in life. Maybe your cloud is light and wispy version up high in the sky, but maybe it's a dense fog and you cannot see your way; I think this book is a great tool for any of us in said categories.
