Fantastic resource!

This book provides lots of insightful tips on how to be mentally tough. I used to think that people who are mentally tough seldom asking for help. In fact, this book actually shares that the truth is the other way round. Asking for help doesn't prove that we are weak. In fact, mentally strong means that we can understand our emotions better and how does it affect our thoughts and behaviors. Great share!

Information at its finest

Handle each piece with attention only on that, and those overwhelming feelings melt away. I started practicing meditation after this book in the technique he described and had great results!
