Didn’t learn anything new!!

Quick listen. I’ll save you some money. Brief summary; exercise daily, get enough sleep, vitamin B12, eat fish, broccoli, avocado, celery, walnuts, leafy greens, the end!

Extremely MISLEADING title

Not bad for a pamphlet, but at only about 30 mins, certainly not a book. Much more insulting is fact that this detailed nor taught almost nothing of what is or how to use a Memory Palace. Otherwise, about as informative as a few posts on anyone’s Facebook feed.

Waste of money

It is very vague with no real instruction on how to create a memory palace as the title suggest. The short duration of the book should have been my best clue that it is void of details
