Have you wondered why some 60-year-olds look and feel like 40-year-olds and why some 40-year-olds look and feel like 60-year-olds? While many factors contribute to aging and illness, Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn discovered a biological indicator called telomerase, the enzyme that replenishes telomeres, which protect our genetic heritage. Dr. Blackburn and Dr. Elissa Epel's research shows that the length and health of one's telomeres are a biological underpinning of the long-hypothesized mind-body connection.

Our vulnerabilities are not weaknesses; they are powerful reminders to keep our hearts and minds open to the reality that we're all in this together.

Not much on kinesiology in here
I was hoping that the book would explain the core concepts and techniques involved in kinesiology. Remarkably, about 90% of the book was not about either of these. Instead, it was a laundry list of related junior high school content on a host of vaguely related health and human physiology content. The content was not clearly structured. The English was liberally supplemented with fluff and littered with grammatical errors. My experience of this book: a disappointing waste of the time spent on listening to it.

Not what you’re needing
This was just a broad review of what kinesiology means/is. Don’t waste your money on it if you’re trying to find something to study from.
