Lots of info!

The book provides a nice understanding of Jealousy in relationships, if you care about someone you have to be at least a little bit jealous, it has nothing to do with trust. However when jealousy gets out of hand the problems start. This book offers some very unique and practical tips and advice on how to handle and control jealousy, and excellent guide for people who have problems with this emotion. This is really a great book, great approaches are being provided on how to really overcome these self-issues and save yourself. This book was helpful to see what causes these unhealthy things and the best chapter was on how to deal with jealousy from within.

Love yourself

This book has worked as a guideline for me to overcome my jealousy. Now, I know that I have to trust my partner entirely to overcome my jealousy. Sometimes, I bit of jealousy is not that harmful. In fact, it's part of love. But, when it exceeds limits, it can cause problems.
This book will help anyone to measure the adequate level of jealousy and how to control it.

Right on schedule

This book offered good ideas on how to deal with relationship insecurity difficulties that I've had to deal with since I was a teenager. I read a lot of Kindle books and this one is written very well. You can tell that the author actually has had to learn how to stop being insecure through the many life experiences. This is the kind of book I love to read, one where the author is actually an expert on the subject. I found this to be a high quality book that is worth the amount of money that it costs.

Overcoming Insecurity Issues On Day At A Time,

Very insightful book about how to overcome insecurity issues. I read it all the way through in about an hour. plan for overcoming things that cause insecurity in people's lives. I am going to try and follow the daily guide as I do feel like it will help break some of the habitual ways I think that contribute to me feeling insecure at times. This book is written very well and I can tell the author understands how to stop being insecure in many different areas of life. The tips in this book are sound and will help.

Helpful for self-evaluation

Very helpful in evaluating my emotions. I’ve dealt with jealousy and insecurities after being in unfaithful romantic relationships. I thought I was clear of those emotions until I was told recently I was a jealous person. This book helped to put some things into perspective and also gives some very helpful tips on how to deal with emotions of jealousy. All in all I found it very helpful to push me in a better direction.

Learn to chill out

A good mixture of tips, the authors own experiences and examples and advice to follow. There's enough of a mix so the book doesn't get boring. This book puts things into perspective and I think a listener would benefit from listening to it on a regular basis. It's also a decent length compared to some other similar books. I was gifted a copy of this book - all opinions are my own. I would if they were having troubles with their life. This is a great book to help work on changing your mood and life around.

Reassuring with easy steps to follow

The tips are easy to follow. You're made to feel like you're not alone, that your insecurities are not silly, others are just like you, and that there are ways to adapt, to feel better about life. It's about self acceptance as well as changing your behaviour. The main point I liked was the chapter regarding not letting what others say about you get you down, and that other people have their own insecurities.
