Great book!

I thought this book was brand new and as I'm going through my course study I've discovered pages cut out and missing that are essential for my class.

Great!!!

It presents all of the theories side by side, making them easier to compare and critique. I think it does a good job. It is a good reference and launching point for more in-depth study.
